Welcome to IPTV DUBAI IPTV! By accessing or subscribing to our IPTV streaming services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before starting your streams.
1. Subscription Account Usage
A standard IPTV DUBAI IPTV subscription allows for **one (1) active device connection** at any given time. Sharing your Xtream Codes connection credentials or M3U playlist details with external households is strictly prohibited. If our load-balancing system detects simultaneous streaming from multiple distinct IP addresses on a single-connection account, your line will be automatically suspended by our firewall without refund.
2. Streaming Performance & Speed
Our IPTV servers run on highly stable channels routes with 99.9% uptime. However, streaming quality (HD, FHD, 4K) and buffering speeds depend entirely on your local internet connection. We recommend a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps for HD streaming and 30+ Mbps for 4K. IPTV DUBAI cannot be held responsible for local connection drops, bad home Wi-Fi routing, or ISP blockages.
3. Channel Updates & Content Availability
We frequently update, modify, add, or remove channels and VOD movie titles from our database to maintain active quality feeds and high-speed delivery. While we strive to keep all channels active 24/7, some feeds may experience maintenance downtime. Content completeness is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
4. Payment & Billing Agreements
All subscription packages are on a pre-paid, pay-as-you-go billing model. There are zero automatic recurring charges or unexpected card billing. To renew your account after expiry, you must manually purchase a new key or request a top-up via our WhatsApp department.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international digital service regulations. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
6. Customer Support Responsibility
We strive to provide premium active support. We will help you set up and configure your devices, but we cannot configure or troubleshoot local hardware failures on your Smart TV, Firestick, or router console.
