1. 24-Hour Stream Satisfaction Guarantee

We highly advise all new viewers to utilize our **24-hour Free Trial** to fully test device compatibility, stream stability, and channel selections before purchasing a paid subscription plan. If you choose to skip the trial and purchase a paid plan, we offer a **24-hour money-back guarantee** if you encounter severe, unresolvable server-side connectivity errors or stream delivery issues.

2. Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Approved

We will gladly process and approve your refund request under the following parameters:

  • Our backend servers experience total, unannounced outages lasting more than 6 continuous hours during the first day of your subscription.
  • We are completely unable to generate or activate your line credentials within 24 hours of your verified payment checkout.
  • A major technical bug on our player routes prevents your line from accessing the complete channel database and our tech support team is unable to resolve it within 24 hours.

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refunds

We cannot process refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Your home internet speed is slower than our recommended minimum (15 Mbps for HD, 30+ Mbps for 4K), leading to local buffering issues.
  • Your local ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttles or blocks your streaming feeds. (You can easily solve this by using an encrypted VPN).
  • You purchased a multi-device connection but set up more devices than allowed, causing account lockouts.
  • You changed your mind, decided you no longer want the channels, or want to cancel due to a single live event scheduling.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send a message to our billing department on WhatsApp or email us at supportservicelive@gmail.com with your purchase order number, transaction details, and a clear description of the technical issues you are experiencing. Our billing team will review your ticket and reply within 12 to 24 hours.

5. Cancellation Terms

Since all subscriptions are paid upfront on a pay-as-you-go basis, you can cancel your service at any time by simply letting your subscription run out. We will never bill your payment card automatically or require contract cancellation letters.
